Guided Awareness

Body Mapping
Your body carries memory in the form of tension, posture, and sensation. Body mapping helps you notice where these patterns live, creating awareness of how past experiences may be shaping your present. This gentle process gives language and insight to the story held in your system.

Recoding
Old patterns don’t have to stay fixed. Through recoding, the body is guided to shift the way memories and stress are held, creating new possibilities for resilience and balance. This process helps dissolve the grip of outdated narratives so you can move forward with more freedom.
Release Practices
Release practices use intentional, body-led movement, breath, or sound to give trapped or buried emotions a safe pathway out. This cathartic process helps free what has been stuck or stuffed, creating more space for lightness, clarity, and flow.
